1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jsss ("jsss", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jsss.cam. jsss is a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform incorporated and operating under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By creating an account, depositing funds, accessing any games, or otherwise using the jsss platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules and promotional terms that may apply. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the jsss platform.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open an account and use the jsss platform, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age under Philippine law and is non-negotiable. jsss strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts, agent accounts, and accounts opened on behalf of another person are not permitted without prior written authorization from jsss.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, or accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawfully permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of jsss or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or service partners.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or banned from jsss or any PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein. jsss uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID, date of birth, and contact details. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3 Account Verification (Know Your Customer)

jsss is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or upon internal risk assessment. This process is commonly known as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, Driver's License, or other PAGCOR-accepted government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill (not older than 3 months), bank statement, or barangay certificate confirming your residential address in the Philippines.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or other payment account used to deposit funds.

jsss will process KYC documents within 2–5 business days of submission. Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending KYC completion. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a request may result in account suspension. jsss reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations.

4 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jsss platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to interact with games or the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform software. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes or defraud other players.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial transactions in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of third parties ("acting as agent") without express written authorization from jsss.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith after receiving legitimate gaming services.
• Abusing bonus systems, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jsss customer support staff or other players on any platform.
• Any conduct that in jsss's reasonable judgment is harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

5 Deposits

jsss accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Additional payment channels may be made available and will be displayed in your account's Cashier section.

The minimum deposit is ₱20. Maximum single deposit amounts vary by payment method and will be clearly displayed during the deposit process. jsss does not impose per-account maximum deposit limits beyond those set by the payment service providers, although higher-value deposits may trigger enhanced KYC review.

jsss does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment service provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jsss's control. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of successful payment. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and compliance with KYC requirements. jsss processes withdrawal requests during operating hours (24/7 for e-wallet channels; banking-hour dependent for bank transfers).

Expected processing timelines are as follows:

• GCash & Maya: Typically within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating conditions.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other bank transfers: 1–3 hours during standard banking hours; next business day for requests submitted outside banking hours.
• USDT TRC20: Within 1 hour of approval.

The minimum withdrawal is ₱100. jsss does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. jsss reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests that trigger anti-money laundering thresholds as required under Philippine law.

jsss reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, chargebacks, or ongoing investigations. jsss will communicate any such delays to the affected player as promptly as circumstances allow.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

jsss offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be displayed on the relevant promotional page.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all jsss bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using the bonus balance before any conversion to withdrawable cash is permitted.
• jsss reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on jsss are provided by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and Evolution Gaming. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters related to gameplay.

jsss is committed to fair gaming. All games use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for each game are available within the game information section.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or any technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, jsss reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's balance. jsss's decision in matters of technical disputes is final and binding, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jsss platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trade names, user interface elements, text, and documentation, is either owned by jsss or licensed to jsss by third parties. All such content is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jsss platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the jsss platform without prior written permission from jsss or the relevant rights holder.

10 Responsible Gaming

jsss is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

jsss provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jsss's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jsss shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the jsss platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or failures in the platform due to circumstances beyond jsss's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, force majeure events, or actions of third parties.
• Unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jsss's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12 Privacy

jsss collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the jsss platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jsss reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jsss will notify active players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless regulatory requirements or urgent compliance obligations require earlier implementation.

Your continued use of the jsss platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining balance before account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jsss's internal dispute resolution process.

Players may escalate unresolved disputes to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through its established regulatory channels. jsss will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-led investigation or mediation process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through PAGCOR mediation, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
