6 Sharing Your Personal Data

jsss does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your data only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary:

• Game providers and platform technology partners — third-party game providers (such as JILI, Pragmatic Play, and Evolution Gaming) receive limited technical session data necessary to deliver games. These providers operate under data processing agreements with jsss.

9 Data Retention

• KYC documents — retained for 5 years from account closure or the date of the last transaction, whichever is later, in accordance with AMLC requirements.

Please note that certain rights may be limited where jsss is required to retain or process your data to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights of other persons, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

11 Children & Minors

The jsss platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. jsss does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Our registration and KYC processes include mandatory age verification steps specifically designed to prevent access by minors.

If jsss discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will promptly close the account, void any transactions, and delete or anonymize the associated personal data in accordance with our data disposal procedures. 12 Cross-Border Data Transfers

jsss may transfer your personal data to service providers and technology partners operating outside the Philippines, including game providers and cloud infrastructure providers. 13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

jsss reviews and updates this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory guidance from the National Privacy Commission. When material changes are made, jsss will notify active players by email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the updated Policy takes effect.

The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent update. Your continued use of the jsss platform after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Policy, you should cease using the platform and may request account closure and data erasure in accordance with Section 10.
